Video: Kay Bailey Hutchison Will Endorse Jeb Bush for President

Former U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison said Wednesday on MSNBC that she will endorse Jeb Bush for president, calling him "the trusted father-type that you want to run our country."

Former U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison said Wednesday on MSNBC that she will endorse Jeb Bush for president, calling him "the trusted father-type that you want to run our country."

Hutchison said Bush is "very humble and not at all even trying to be anything but himself," adding that "he's not a guy that does sweeping gestures."

Hutchison called Bush, who has not yet announced a bid for president, a Floridian, "not a Texan," but said his record as governor of that state makes him the most logical president.

"I think we need someone who will bring people together, Democrats and Republicans," she said. "He will have an agenda. He will focus on that agenda."
